It is with great excitement that we announce our Designer ShowHouse 2014; “Tour A House To Build A House”. We have partnered with the local organization Food For The Poor in efforts to bring awareness and build homes in the most desolate and impoverished area of Gauthier, Haiti. It is our hope that we are able to raise enough funding to build an entire village!
We have had the privilege of working with some of South Florida’s most prominent designers including, Kenneth Crawford, Frances Herrera, Sonia Lise Longchamp, and Kendall Marcelle.
We
have also had the opportunity to work with amazing boutique vendors
such as Century Furniture, Ellen de Vos of Michael Taylor Designs, ACP
Home Interiors, Ceramic Matrix, and Spruce Home and Garden. Each room throughout the show house has been meticulously designed, with attention paid to each and every detail.
The unique and sprawling floor plan features a separate pool house, guest house and lavish outdoor living spaces all with incredible waterfront and courtyard views. The exterior landscaping is equally unique and beautiful with organic and subtle details designed by Paul Weinberg of TBG Partners. It is a true continuation of the interior spaces with an importance allocated to the sleek and sophisticated rectangular pool area.
The interior of the house features stunning wide plank wood flooring, heavy millwork, intricate tile details, sparkling light fixtures and beautiful textured wall covering. Each designer has inflected his or her unique perspective into the space, creating a beautiful and collectively cohesive show house. We hope to see you there!
